Leave a message on the coworkers computer along the lines of "WE WON'T WORK FOR YOU ANYMORE
WE SHALL REBEL", and replace their mouse with a fake/broken mouse. (you could also unplug their mouse) (you can also draw an angry face on the mouse) Do you find this valuable?
